Job Summary
Prepare and serve food and drinks, operate POS systems, and manage inventory in the Food and Beverage Department while maintaining a clean dining area. Operate game registers for card sales and prize redemptions, keep the arcade floor stocked and welcoming, and perform open and close procedures. Conduct age restriction controls, manage lost and found procedures, and report irregular issues to executive management. Maintain high ethical standards, communicate with customers and staff, and comply with all company policies. Available for weekends, holidays, and closing shifts at the Meadowood Mall in Reno, NV.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and closing shifts (store closes at 2am)
- Food & Beverage: 21+ years of age, in order to serve and handle alcohol on Bar
- Lifting and/or moving up to 100lbs with assistance is required
- The employee is regularly required to bend, stretch, twist, climb and have a high level of mobility/flexibility in small spaces
- The employee is required to stand and walk for extended periods of time without breaks during busy times
- The employee will need to be able to use their hands/fingers to handle and feel and reach with hands and arms
Desired Qualifications
- (Preferred) One to two years experience in hospitality, restaurant, or retail environment
- Closing shift availability preferred (store closes at 2am)
