Customer Service Associate

Engage customers to determine if needs are met, respond politely to requests, and answer general phone inquiries. Maintain inventory levels in amusement games, keep game floors clean and stocked, and operate POS registers for card sales and prize redemptions. Assign bowling lanes, lend equipment, support in-store promotions, and process sales while handling reservations. Prepare food and drinks, operate POS systems, and manage kitchen and dining areas for the Food & Beverage department. Perform open and close procedures, clean counters, and assist with special projects as assigned. Work weekends and closing shifts in a loud, active environment requiring extended standing and mobility.
