Job Summary
Customer Service Associate at Roses/Roses Express responsible for greeting customers, assisting with merchandise selection, processing transactions using the POS system, and maintaining a clean, well-stocked store. Duties include unloading trucks, processing freight, stocking shelves, recovering merchandise, ensuring a safe shopping environment, and performing other store operations tasks as needed. Requires strong customer-focused skills, good communication, and the ability to lift up to 40-55 lbs; flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Prefer completion of high school or equivalent.
- Ability to follow directives and interpret retail operational documents as assigned.
- Experience: Prefer experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery or drug store environments.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to regularly lift up to 40lbs (and occasionally up to 55 lbs).
- Availability: Flexible, full-time schedule or part-time to include days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
