Job Summary
Manage inbound calls, answer roadside assistance questions, process service requests, and coordinate with towing and repair providers. Maintain customer accounts, perform data entry, calculate charges, and handle billing inquiries. Remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment while working on a shifting schedule including nights, holidays, and on-site shifts. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. This role supports Bosch Service Solutions Inc.'s business process outsourcing operations across Europe, Asia, and South America.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with computers and various software systems
- Ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment
- Amenable to work on shifting schedule specially at night, holidays and working on-site
