Customer Service Associate

Monitor part inventory levels and delivery schedules to assure timely material delivery to customer locations while managing time-sensitive information for data accuracy. Audit picker activity, warehouse reports, and files to resolve pallet staging and tracking issues, maintaining daily logs and distributing order sheets. Liaise with internal customers to resolve stock shortages, identify cost savings opportunities, and track shipments to ensure deadline compliance. Assist operations with passing out orders, document picker activity, and correct part or shipment issues with suppliers. Perform various administrative duties including handling shipping documents, maintaining databases, and processing data entry in WMS and MRP systems. Work Monday through Friday from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM at $22.00 per hour.
