Job Summary
Customer Service Associate role at DriveSafe ( Highlands Ranch, CO ) focusing on student enrollments, selling new programs, data-entry, paperwork management, coordination with instructors, and administering permit testing. Position is 16 hours/week at Highlands Ranch DriveSafe location with occasional support at Castle Rock DriveSafe; responsibilities include serving customers in person and by phone, updating the database, promoting services to nearby schools, and maintaining center organization.
Required Qualifications
- 21 years of age or older
- Colorado Driver's License
- Safe driving history - a Motor Vehicle Record check will be reviewed
- Applicants must pass a criminal background check
- Associate Degree or higher preferred
- Bilingual/Spanish speaking is preferred
- Strong, proven incoming sales abilities
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize
- Strong computer skills
- Good communication skills
- Responsible, dependable, and detail oriented
- Self-disciplined and able to multi-task
