Job Summary
Works as part of a team to provide day-to-day management of the property and its community, delivering a positive resident experience through customer service, front-of-house duties, tenancy administration, marketing activities (including leafleting and open days), and sales/letting support. Responsibilities include responding to customer queries and complaints, supporting events and activities, building relationships with University clients, logging maintenance requests, updating databases, and assisting with move-in/move-out processes. Requires strong communication, team collaboration, and organizational skills, with an emphasis on delivering exceptional service to residents and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Good level of general education
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience in a customer facing service delivery role
- Fluent English verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organisation skills with the ability to multi task and prioritise
- Self and culturally aware and able to adapt relationship building, communications and negotiation skills to suit audience
- Flexible approach to work and adaptable to thrive in a changing environment
