Job Summary
The Customer Service Associate role involves greeting customers with Ollie’s “Yes I Care, Yes I Can” approach, operating the cash register and processing refunds, staying knowledgeable about promotions, supporting Ollie’s Army and donation programs, assisting with receiving trucks, pricing and merchandising items, and maintaining store appearance. The position requires the ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and push/pull up to 35 pounds; evening, weekend, and holiday availability; a positive, team-oriented attitude; and basic retail experience or a high school diploma/equivalent.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- 6 months of prior retail experience preferred
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis
