Job Summary
Customer Service Associate assists customers and maintains store appearance with emphasis on accurate register operation and Ollie's Army proficiency. Primary responsibilities include greeting customers with the 'Yes I Care, Yes I Can' approach, operating the cash register, processing refunds, knowing current promotions to answer questions and drive sales, supporting donation programs, assisting with receiving trucks, pricing/merchandising items, and maintaining the store. Requires ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays; physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, push/pull up to 35 pounds, and stand for long periods. Emphasizes teamwork, courtesy, empathy, integrity, and a positive attitude; equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- 6 months of prior retail experience preferred
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis
