Job Summary
Customer Service Associate role focused on assisting Medicare members with access to care, navigating benefits, and coordinating with provider networks and supplementary vendors. Responsibilities include handling outbound/inbound calls, resolving Tier 1–3 issues, managing member communications preferences (including interpreter services), collaborating with internal teams and external partners, and ensuring high member satisfaction. Preferred bilingual capability in Vietnamese; experience with Medicare Advantage or HMO and outbound/inbound call center work. Requires proficiency with basic MS Office, strong written/spoken communication, and ability to handle enrollment-period overtime.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual in Vietnamese
- Experience in customer service/call center
- Ability to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Typing 35+ WPM
- Ability to communicate clearly
- Experience with Medicare/healthcare desirable
- Open to full-time with potential overtime during enrollment periods
