Job Summary
As a Customer Service Associate at Workout Anytime 24/7, you will greet members and guests warmly, check in members and verify accounts, explain membership options, provide tours, and close new memberships with professionalism. You’ll schedule initial Success Sessions, answer inquiries about services and promotions, process enrollments and billing questions, maintain the front desk and gym floor to cleanliness standards, support sales and local outreach efforts, handle calls and emails, monitor club access, and assist team members with light maintenance. The role emphasizes a friendly, energetic ATTITUDE focused on helping others, with opportunities for advancement into leadership roles through internal development.
Required Qualifications
