Job Summary
As a Customer Service Associate at Workout Anytime, you’ll be the first impression of the club, greeting members and guests, checking in members, assisting with membership questions, giving tours, enrolling members, processing billing inquiries, maintaining a clean front desk and gym floor, supporting sales and local promotions, handling inquiries by phone, email, and in person, and upholding privacy and brand standards. The role involves working flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and some holidays, with opportunities for advancement into leadership roles through internal development programs. Training, mentorship, and an on-site career path are provided, along with benefits such as free membership and attire, and performance incentives.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Positive, energetic ATTITUDE with a passion for helping people
- Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or fitness preferred
- Comfortable working with computers, POS systems, and scheduling tools
- Reliable, punctual, and organized with strong attention to detail
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and some holidays
