Job Summary
Customer Service Associate needed for a showroom in Gilbert, AZ. Responsibilities include greeting customers, effectively communicating (Spanish a plus), responding to inquiries, maintaining high customer satisfaction, supporting showroom initiatives, maintaining sample stock and showroom cleanliness, logging client information, and performing related tasks. Requires HS diploma or GED, 2 years of customer service/retail experience, basic MS Office skills, ability to work Saturdays, physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs, and a background check. Day shift with Monday–Friday schedule and some Saturday work; starting pay $18/hour or DOE; weekly pay and company benefits after 90 days.
Required Qualifications
- H.S. Diploma/GED
- 2 years' previous customer service or retail experience
- Basic Microsoft Office computer skills
- Ability to work Saturdays, rotates
- Have a genuine excitement to help customers
- Ability to lift up to 30lbs.
- Must pass felony background check
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
