Job Summary
Greet and assist customers at Mister Car Wash locations, driving exceptional customer service and upselling products and Unlimited Wash Club memberships. Engage with customers in a fast-paced outdoor environment, anticipate and solve needs, ensure customers leave with a positive experience, and collaborate with team members to meet daily goals. Prioritize meaningful connections, the ability to sell with energy, and willingness to learn about brand standards, operational playbook, and benefits programs. Must be reliable, adaptable, and able to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays; physical readiness to stay on feet and lift as needed. The role focuses on delivering quality customer experiences, maintaining a clean and inviting site, and contributing to a positive team dynamic.
