Job Summary
Greet every customer with a wave and a smile, then enthusiastically sell products and the Unlimited Wash Club membership program. Genuinely thank each customer for choosing Mister and anticipate needs to ensure they leave with a clean, dry, and shiny car. Keep sites clean and inviting while collaborating with team members to complete tasks and achieve goals. Enjoy variety, hands-on work, and rewarding days in a fast-paced, outdoor environment. This role requires availability for varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, with a minimum hourly rate of $16. Mister Car Wash offers same-day pay, PTO from day one, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) match.
