Customer Service Associate

Greet customers, answer questions, and ensure a positive experience throughout the store and deli while providing friendly, attentive service. Complete accurate sales transactions including ringing up purchases, handling payments, processing fuel sales, and following cash-handling procedures. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment by following sanitation procedures, cleaning equipment, and keeping shelves and deli cases stocked. Support daily store operations such as stocking products, rotating inventory, checking dates, and assisting with opening and closing tasks. Prepare, cook, and serve deli food items according to food safety standards and portion guidelines. Work as a reliable team member by communicating clearly, assisting coworkers during busy times, and being flexible across cashier, customer service, and deli duties.
