Job Summary
Customer Service Associate responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, processing contracts and credit applications, updating records, and providing product/service information. Must communicate effectively, solve problems, empathize with customers, and maintain a positive, professional demeanor across phone, email, and in-person interactions. Spanish fluency is highly preferred. Tasks include addressing concerns by investigating issues, delivering prompt resolutions, and offering tailored recommendations to meet customer needs; also involves handling transactions and maintaining accurate customer data. Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work in a team are essential; some duties may be assigned as needed.
