Job Summary
Your Role: As a Customer Service Associate II, you’ll assist with daily store operations including merchandising, stocking, cleaning, front-end duties, and cash register responsibilities. You’ll process freight, maintain safety and security of cash, handle sales transactions, and provide friendly customer interactions while supporting a positive store environment. You will be cross-trained to support cash register tasks and back-end duties as needed. You may perform duties such as receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, merchandising and stocking, cleaning and restocking restrooms and floors, and ensuring a neat and presentable store. You’ll work under guidance to meet productivity standards and uphold professional standards in interactions with customers, associates, and leadership. Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting is required. This role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and dependable operation of store processes.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment highly preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents
- Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and endure standing and walking
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- High level of integrity
- Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting
