Job Summary
Customer Service Associate II provides a welcoming shopping experience by handling daily store operations, merchandising, and front-end duties. Responsibilities include receiving merchandise, unloading freight, stocking, maintaining cleanliness and safety, processing sales at the cash register, protecting company assets, and delivering professional, friendly interactions with customers and teammates. The role requires ability to lift 30-50 lbs, strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills, and basic math for cash handling. The position is part-time and located in Tempe, AZ.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents
- Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs and perform physical activities including walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting with or without reasonable accommodation
- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- High level of integrity
- Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting
