Job Summary
Provide customer-focused service in a retail environment as a Customer Service Associate II. Responsibilities include assisting with daily store operations from merchandising to supporting customers, cross-training to support cash register and front-end duties, receiving merchandise, unloading freight, stocking, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring a safe, respectful environment. Day-to-day duties include processing sales transactions at the cash register, maintaining security of cash and company assets, and performing other duties as assigned. Requires the ability to lift 30–50 lbs, frequent walking and standing, and strong customer service and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents
- Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs.
- Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting
- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- High level of integrity
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment highly preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents
- Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills
