Job Summary
Customer Service Associate II role in a retail environment involving merchandising, stocking, front-end duties, and cash register operations. Responsibilities include receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, processing freight safely, maintaining store cleanliness, stocking, ensuring a welcoming environment, handling sales transactions, protecting company assets, and performing other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required
- Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required
- Strong organizational and communication skills are required
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required
- High level of integrity is required
- Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting is required
