Job Summary
Customer Service Associate II: assist with daily store operations, merchandising, customer service, cash register duties, freight processing, cleaning, and other duties as assigned; requires ability to lift 30-50 lbs and prior customer service experience preferred; part-time role in Garland, TX.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents
- Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs
- Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- High level of integrity
