Job Summary
Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight in accordance with productivity standards. Merchandise and stock as needed while maintaining cleanliness throughout the store, including restocking bathrooms, sweeping floors, and ensuring all areas are neat. Assist customers and associates by managing sales transactions on the assigned cash register and maintaining security of cash and company assets. Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor. This role supports daily store operations across multiple locations in Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Maine, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents
- Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation
- High level of integrity
- Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment
