Job Summary
Customer Service Associate II role handling store operations including merchandising and stocking, assisting customers, and supporting cash register/front-end duties. Responsibilities include receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, maintaining store cleanliness, stocking, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment, managing sales transactions, protecting assets, and performing other duties as assigned. Requires strong customer service, organizational and communication skills, ability to lift 30-50 lbs, basic math for cash handling, and adherence to safety and operational procedures.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment highly preferred
- Ability to lift 30-50 lbs
- Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting
- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- High level of integrity
