Job Summary
Conduct daily store operations including receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight. Merchandise and stock assigned areas while maintaining cleanliness by cleaning bathrooms, sweeping floors, and ensuring all spaces are neat. Manage sales transactions at the cash register and safeguard company assets. Provide professional, friendly interactions with customers and associates while ensuring a safe environment. Perform front-end duties as needed and follow operational documents. Requires ability to lift 30 to 50 lbs and frequent standing or walking. Part-time schedule available.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents
- Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- High level of integrity
- Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment
