Job Summary
As a Customer Service Associate II, you will assist with daily operations, ensuring a clean environment and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities include receiving merchandise, merchandising, stocking, maintaining store cleanliness, managing sales transactions, and supporting front-end duties.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment highly preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents
- Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height
- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- High level of integrity
- Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting
