Job Summary
Provide customer service and account support on inbound phone calls, accurately maintain records, navigate online and mobile platforms, ensure compliance, handle processing fees, and address account benefits and fraudulent activities. Responsibilities include ensuring accuracy of customer details, documenting follow-up actions, providing product and service information, responding to questions and concerns, escalating as needed, adhering to quality standards and regulatory codes, and assisting with credit limit increases, card replacements, and payment arrangements. Skills include handling inbound calls, building positive customer relationships, understanding credit card products and security protocols, navigating customer service software, and delivering a strong, solution-oriented customer experience. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and prior customer service experience is preferred, with a standard office work environment and potential local travel; on-call rotation may be required.
Required Qualifications
