Job Summary
Customer Service Associate I responsible for assisting customers with questions and recommendations, processing sales transactions at the assigned cash register, maintaining store cleanliness, stocking merchandise, unloading trucks, replenishing stock, and ensuring a positive, safe, and respectful shopping environment. duties include cleaning/restocking bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out trash, and other duties as assigned. Must have strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills, and be able to lift 30–50 lbs; prior experience in retail or related fields is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment highly preferred
- Ability to lift between 30 and 50 lbs
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
