Job Summary
Join our team as a Customer Service Associate I, responsible for assisting customers with questions and managing sales transactions at the cash register. Duties include maintaining the cleanliness of the store, stocking merchandise, and ensuring a positive shopping environment. Required skills include the ability to follow instructions, strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills, alongside physical capabilities to lift weights and perform various tasks throughout the store.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required
- Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
Desired Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills are required
- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required
