Job Summary
Customer Service Associate I assists customers with questions and recommendations, processes sales transactions at the cash register, maintains store security of cash and assets, ensures stock replenishment and merchandise recovery, unloads trucks, keeps the store clean and presentable, and fosters a positive, safe environment with professional interactions. Requires ability to lift 30-50 lbs and demonstrates strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills to support daily store operations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment preferred
- Ability to lift 30-50 lbs
- Able to walk, stand, and perform physical tasks as required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
