Job Summary
Join our team as a Customer Service Associate I, responsible for assisting customers with questions and managing sales transactions. Key duties include maintaining security of cash, ensuring store cleanliness, restocking merchandise, and providing excellent customer service. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height
- Must meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
Desired Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required
- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required
- Strong organizational and communication skills are required
- Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required
