Job Summary
We’re seeking a Customer Service Associate to assist customers, manage sales transactions, maintain store cleanliness, manage inventory, and ensure a positive retail environment while delivering excellent customer service.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required
- Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required
- Strong organizational and communication skills are required
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required
