Job Summary
Join our team as a Customer Service Associate I to assist customers with inquiries and manage sales transactions. Key responsibilities include maintaining cash security, ensuring the store is well-stocked and clean, receiving merchandise, and providing excellent customer service. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with a strong customer service background and the ability to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. Ideal candidates will have good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required
- Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required
Desired Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
