Job Summary
The Customer Service Associate I is responsible for delivering an exceptional shopping experience by assisting customers with inquiries, managing sales transactions, and maintaining the cleanliness and order of the store. Key duties include receiving and stocking merchandise, ensuring security of cash, and interacting positively with customers and team members. Required qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to lift heavy items. Strong customer service and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents
- Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
Desired Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
