Job Summary

As a Customer Service Associate I, you will assist customers with inquiries and recommendations, manage sales transactions, and maintain store cleanliness and organization. Responsibilities include stocking and recovering merchandise, receiving shipments, and ensuring a respectful environment for all. Preferred qualifications include previous customer service experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required
  • Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
  • Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required

Desired Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
