Job Summary
Customer Service Associate I responsible for delivering a positive shopping experience: assist customers with questions and recommendations, process sales transactions at the register, maintain cash security, stock replenishment, merchandise unloading, store cleanliness, and safe, respectful interactions with customers and team members. The role requires physical ability to lift 30-50 lbs, frequent walking/standing, and adherence to store standards. Emphasis on customer service, teamwork, and maintaining a welcoming store environment. The position is part-time and located at 5240 N. Sharon Amity Road, Charlotte, NC. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents
- Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
