Job Summary
Assist customers with questions and recommendations while managing sales transactions and maintaining security of cash and company assets. Keep the store well-stocked by receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and restocking in accordance with productivity standards. Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment by ensuring cleanliness throughout the store, including cleaning bathrooms, sweeping floors, and managing trash. Perform other duties as assigned, including lifting between 30 and 50 lbs and following operational documents. Required Qualifications
- Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents
- Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height
- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment
