Job Summary
Join our team as a Customer Service Associate where you will assist customers with questions and recommendations, manage sales transactions, maintain the cleanliness throughout the store, and ensure a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities include unloading merchandise, stock replenishment, and engaging with customers in a professional manner.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required
- Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
Desired Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills are required
- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required
