Job Summary
Customer Service Associate I provides in-store customer service, assists customers with questions and recommendations, processes sales transactions at the register, maintains store security and cleanliness, stocks merchandise, unloads deliveries, and ensures a safe, friendly environment. Requires ability to lift 30-50 lbs and perform physical tasks (standing, walking, bending, etc.). Part-time role located at 311 N Main Street, Winona, Texas. Include strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills and a commitment to equal opportunity employment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents
- Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
