Job Summary
Customer Service Associate responsible for exercising independent judgment to achieve sales objectives, protect company assets, and provide professional communication and excellent care. Partners with Sales Representatives to manage customer needs, provides detailed production specs/pricing/configuration/availability, processes complex orders and returns in SAP/Excel, collaborates with manufacturing and sourcing to ensure timely production, manages new accounts and special shipping needs, ensures pricing accuracy during promotions, handles customer issues with root-cause resolution and follow-up, maintains decision-making authority within approval limits, and contributes to procedural improvements. Requires strong communication, problem-solving, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years customer service experience
