Job Summary
Full-time Counter Customer Service Associate at Heritage Landscape Supply Group. Responsibilities include accurate order entry, processing customer transactions at the sales counter, creating detailed sales orders and quotes using customer measurements, coordinating truck deliveries and logistics, contributing to inventory management through cycle counts and warehouse tasks, and collaborating with management to address customer needs and special order material requests. Requires multitasking, strong customer service via phone/email/in-person, familiarity with POS systems, ability to pass background/drug test, and weekend hours; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Location: World Outdoor Emporium, Inc - Wentzville, MO. Pay starts at $22/hour and up; benefits include comprehensive offerings and potential bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred
- Experience or familiarity with point-of-sale systems and order entry procedures
- Capability to pass a pre-employment background/drug test
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a PLUS
- Previous experience with irrigation or landscaping products is a PLUS
- Forklift operation experience/Current forklift certification a PLUS
- Weekend hours required
