Job Summary
Answer inbound calls about products and services while understanding daily operational policies and procedures. Take accountability for customer satisfaction by demonstrating a professional demeanor and assisting those with less than perfect credit. Achieve high satisfaction scores on customer surveys and participate in team meetings. This role includes extensive paid training up to three weeks in length. Employees must live within 50 miles of a Sioux Falls location or plan to relocate.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent Bilingual skills (English/Spanish)
- Must be able to live within 50 miles of a PREMIER location or plan on relocating
- Must be able to answer inbound calls about products and services
- Must be able to understand policies and procedures used for daily operations
- Must be able to demonstrate a strong phone presence while assisting those with less than perfect credit
- Must be able to achieve high satisfaction on customer surveys
- Must be able to participate in team meetings
