Job Summary
Customer Service Associate with delivery responsibilities at Ewing Outdoor Supply's Marietta, GA location. Greet and direct customers, provide product information, conduct price and feature comparisons, cross-sell, and handle returns. Deliver wide variety of items to different addresses following routes and schedules; load/unload and inspect delivery vehicle; maintain stocked racks; inform customers about discounts and new products. Maintain safety by following DOT regulations; ability to lift 50-70 lbs; flex between warehouse and sales counter and grow product knowledge. Bilingual English/Spanish is a bonus. Must have reliable driver’s license and strong communication skills for fast-paced, demanding environment.
Required Qualifications
- Prior Outdoor Supply Industry Experience
- Must be comfortable lifting 50-70 pounds
- Must be comfortable delivering on a daily route in a commercial vehicle
- Valid driver’s license
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
- Ability to operate in fast-paced environments
- Bilingual (preferred)
- Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures (preferred)
- Proven work experience in a similar role (preferred)
