Job Summary
Provide professional assistance to customers, vendors, and associates while operating the cash register to ring sales and collect payments. Perform basic math functions to make accurate change and maintain an accurate cash drawer. Follow all company policies and state and federal laws regarding alcohol, tobacco, and lottery sales. Card customers for age-restricted products and participate in stocking items and marketing promotion efforts. Complete regular cleaning activities to keep the store, bathrooms, and fuel dispensers orderly. Maintain a clean, customer-friendly environment with a high energy work ethic in a fast-moving retail setting.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with professional cash handling procedures
- Experience in a Convenience Store and/or food service environments
- Basic computer knowledge
- Possess a Texas Alcohol Beverage Commission card to sell alcohol
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
