Job Summary
Customer Service Associate responsible for assisting customers with questions and recommendations, processing sales transactions at the cash register, and maintaining a well-stocked, clean, and safe store environment. Duties include unloading trucks, stock replenishment, inventory protection, and ensuring professional, friendly interactions with customers and coworkers. Requires ability to lift 30–50 lbs and to perform physical tasks such as walking, standing, bending, climbing, and cleaning. Emphasizes delivering a positive shopping experience with strong customer service, organization, and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment preferred
- Ability to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
