Job Summary
Customer Service Associate needed to assist customers, manage transactions at the cash register, stock replenishment, unloading trucks, maintaining clean and presentable store areas, and fostering a positive, safe environment. Requires strong customer service, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to lift 30-50 lbs and perform physical duties; high school diploma or equivalent preferred; part-time schedule at a Family Dollar location in Myton, Utah. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required
- Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required
- Strong organizational and communication skills are required
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required
