Job Summary
Assist customers with questions and recommendations while managing sales transactions on assigned cash registers. Maintain security of cash and protect company assets, ensuring a positive, safe, and respectful environment through professional interactions. Keep the store well-stocked by receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and performing stock replenishment in accordance with productivity standards. Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including cleaning and restocking bathrooms, sweeping, mopping floors, and removing trash. Perform other duties as assigned, including lifting between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents
- Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height
- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment
