Job Summary
As a Customer Service Associate on the Business Insurance team, you will provide prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable service to clients and colleagues. Responsibilities include processing policy changes, handling certificates and evidence of property insurance, conducting policy audits, and ensuring accuracy in all transactions. The position requires a high school diploma and two years of customer service experience, along with legal work authorization in the U.S. Additional qualifications are preferred but not necessary.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Two (2) years Customer Service experience
- Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future
Desired Qualifications
- Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
- Two (2) years Business Insurance experience
- Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- Experience working with EPIC
