Job Summary
Greet guests with a friendly attitude, upsell Monthly Unlimited Memberships, and assist with wash options and upgrades. Process payments accurately, safely load vehicles onto the conveyor, and prep cars according to company standards. Inspect and wipe down vehicles to ensure quality, maintain a clean and organized site, and complete scheduled cleaning tasks for tunnels and walkways. Support team members to keep operations running smoothly in a fast-paced, high-volume indoor and outdoor setting. Reports to the Site Manager.
Required Qualifications

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to follow directions and safety procedures

- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Lift up to 50 lbs

- Flexible hours based on business needs
Desired Qualifications
- Car wash, retail, or customer service experience is a plus
