Job Summary
Customer Service Associate at Salary Finance will support regulatory communications and deliver exceptional customer service via live chat and email. You’ll diagnose and resolve queries related to loan applications, payments, and account updates; explain company policies and financial products; maintain accurate CRM records; and escalate complex issues to relevant teams. You’ll troubleshoot basic technical issues with the support of the tech team, ensure GDPR/data protection compliance, adhere to SOPs and SLAs, identify recurring issues to drive improvements, and contribute to FAQs and knowledge base enhancements. Your role requires strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with a proactive, empathetic, and collaborative mindset. Education begins with a High School Diploma and Above.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or above
- Experience in a customer or client facing environment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex information clearly
- Organisational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving
- Experience with CRM systems
- Intermediate knowledge of Google Sheets and Excel and data manipulation
- Familiarity with data protection regulations (GDPR) and compliance guidelines
- Experience in regulated environments (preferred)
- Knowledge of financial services/products (preferred)
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and adapt to change
- Customer service experience in a financial services, technology, or employee benefits company (preferred)
